Payments

Holistic Healing Pagoda accepts cash or checks as methods of payment.
Payment is required at the time of service (unless other arrangements were made prior to your appointment).

• $50.00 charge for missed appointments
• $50.00 charge for appointments not cancelled within 24 hours
• $35.00 charge for returned checks

Though we do not accept insurance, we are happy to provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement if applicable.
Flex spending and health savings accounts may be used if patient wishes to submit receipts for reimbursement.
